Étape par étape : comment faire la demande
- Complete the AVATS online application. Apply through the official AVATS system, select the Short Stay C (visit/tourist or family/friend) visa, and complete every field accurately. Submit the signed summary form within 30 days of filling it in, or you must start again.
- Pay the visa fee. Pay the €60 single-journey or €100 multiple-journey Irish government fee, plus the separate VFS Global service fee. Keep the receipts; the fee is non-refundable even on refusal.
- Book and attend VFS Global in Abuja or Lagos. Schedule an appointment at the Ireland Visa Application Centre to submit your passport, supporting documents, and biometrics in person.
- Submit a complete, consistent document set. Provide your cover letter, proof of funds with a stable history, evidence of ties to Nigeria, accommodation and travel plans, and an invitation plus host documents if visiting family. Make sure names, dates, and amounts match across every document.
