1. Introduction

Welcome to TravelReady, operated by Traveln Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration & Authentication

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email & Password: You provide your email address and create a password. You must verify your email address before accessing the Service.
• Google Sign-In: You may authenticate using your Google Account. By doing so, you authorize us to access your name, email address, and profile photo from Google solely for account creation and management. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Description of Service

TravelReady is a visa intelligence and document validation platform. We provide:

• Expert Document Validation: Professional analysis of passports, bank statements, employment letters, and other visa documents against embassy requirements.
• Personalized Visa Checklists: Country-specific document requirements generated for your nationality, destination, and purpose of travel.
• Form Pre-Filling: Automated generation of pre-filled visa application forms (Schengen, DS-160, UK VAF) based on your uploaded documents.
• Flight Reservations (PNR): Verifiable flight holds via IATA-certified GDS partners for visa application purposes.
• Ties Analysis: Professional assessment of your home country ties (employment, property, family) to help strengthen your application.
• Flight Compensation Calculator: Information about passenger rights under EU261, UK261, and US DOT regulations.
• Browser Extension: Optional tools for appointment availability monitoring on VAC websites.
• Agency Portal: B2B services for licensed visa agencies and immigration consultants.

We are not a travel agent, and we do not sell or facilitate travel directly. We are a private entity not affiliated with any government agency or official visa service provider (such as VFS Global, TLSContact, or BLS International).

4. Not Immigration Advice — Legal Disclaimer

TravelReady (operated by Traveln Ltd) is a document preparation and information platform. We are not an immigration law firm, licensed immigration consultancy, registered migration agent, or legal adviser.

No information, tool output, score, letter, or content provided through our platform — including the Application Strength Score, Expert Document Validation, Expert Cover Letters, or guidance from Christina — constitutes immigration advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of visa approval. All output is provided for informational and preparation purposes only.

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. TravelReady has no affiliation with, influence over, or access to any government's decision-making process.

• Results are provided as guidance only and should be reviewed before submission.
• Visa requirements change frequently; always verify with official embassy or consulate sources.
• The Application Strength Score measures how complete and well-prepared your documents appear — it is not a prediction of visa approval outcome.
• Pre-filled forms should be reviewed for accuracy before submission to authorities.
• We do not guarantee appointment availability or visa approval outcomes.
• For complex immigration matters — including prior refusals, criminal history, overstay history, or business and investor visas — we recommend consulting a licensed immigration adviser in your jurisdiction.

Regulatory note: In the UK, immigration advice is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). In Australia, by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). In Canada, by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). TravelReady operates as a technology and information platform and does not provide regulated immigration advice in any jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions & Pricing

• Embassy-Ready Kit ($67): One-time fee for a single-trip application. Includes one (1) Institutional PNR, expert document validation, and pre-filled application forms.
• Global Citizen Pass ($149/year): Annual subscription for frequent travelers. Includes five (5) PNRs per year, unlimited document validations, priority support, and advanced analytics.
• Agency Partnership: Custom pricing for visa agencies and immigration consultants. Contact sales for details.
• Concierge Service: Premium human-assisted service with $200 assessment deposit (non-refundable) plus performance-based fees.

6. Refund & Resolution Policy

• Service Commitment: We do not offer cash refunds for digital services delivered. Get immediate support for technical issues via our Resolution Center.
• Technical Issues: If you experience a platform error (e.g., failed document processing, PNR generation failure), our team will provide a manual resolution or service credit within 24 hours.
• Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time via the Billing Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Extra Entitlements: Users who exceed plan quotas may purchase additional PNRs at $25 per request.

7. Browser Extension Terms

Our optional browser extension ("Hunter Mode") provides tools for monitoring visa appointment availability. By using the extension:

• You acknowledge it is an assistive tool only—we cannot guarantee appointment availability.
• You agree not to use automated booking or any functionality that violates VAC website terms.
• You understand that VAC websites may change without notice, affecting extension functionality.
• You accept responsibility for your own actions when using the extension.

8. Flight Reservation (PNR) Policy

PNR stands for Passenger Name Record—a unique booking reference created when a flight reservation is made. Our PNRs are genuine airline reservations for visa applications, not paid tickets.

• PNRs are provided via GDS-integrated IATA partners and can be verified on airline websites.
• Airlines reserve the right to modify schedules or cancel holds without prior notice.
• TravelReady provides one (1) free correction if a hold is cancelled before your embassy appointment.
• PNRs are for visa application purposes only and should not be used for actual travel.

9. Travel Search & Affiliate Services

Our Travel Search feature provides an embedded flight and hotel comparison tool powered by third-party affiliate partners (currently Aviasales/TravelPayouts). By using Travel Search:

• Third-Party Service: Search results, pricing, availability, and booking functionality are provided entirely by our affiliate partners. TravelReady does not operate a travel search engine, process travel bookings, or handle payment for flights or hotels.
• No Booking Responsibility: When you click through to book, your transaction is directly between you and the airline, hotel, or online travel agency (OTA). TravelReady is not a party to that transaction and bears no responsibility for booking accuracy, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes, or service quality.
• Affiliate Commission: TravelReady may earn a referral commission from our affiliate partners when you search or book through the Travel Search widget. This commission is paid by the affiliate network at no extra cost to you.
• Price Accuracy: While our partners strive to display accurate pricing, prices may change between the time of search and the time of booking. TravelReady does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing or availability information displayed.
• Data Handling: Search queries entered into the Travel Search widget are processed by our affiliate partner's systems. Your search data (origin, destination, dates) may be subject to the affiliate partner's own privacy policy in addition to ours.
• No Travel Agent Status: TravelReady is not a travel agent, tour operator, or airline. The Travel Search feature is provided as a convenience tool for our users. We do not provide travel advice, itinerary management, or post-booking support for travel purchases made through the widget.
• Service Availability: The Travel Search feature depends on third-party services and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Data Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. By using our Service:

• Your documents are processed using AES-256 encryption and stored in your private encrypted vault.
• Passport and financial data is stored on encrypted servers and never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• If you sign in with Google, we only access your name, email, and profile photo. We do not access any other Google data.
• We use Google Analytics and Mixpanel for product improvement, loaded only with your explicit consent.
• You may export or permanently delete all your data at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate visa fraud.
• Upload falsified or fraudulent documents.
• Resell or redistribute our data, tools, or services without an Agency license.
• Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary systems or algorithms.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any visa application outcome, including refusals or delays.
• Changes to visa requirements or embassy procedures.
• Actions taken by airlines, embassies, or third-party service providers.
• Errors or inaccuracies in system-generated content.

13. Partner Program

The TravelReady Partner Program allows approved individuals and organizations to earn commissions by referring new users. By participating:

• Commission: Partners earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link: 22% on Embassy-Ready Kit sales, and 20% on Global Citizen Pass and Agency plan sales. Commissions are recurring — partners earn on renewals for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription.
• Cookie Window: Referrals are tracked via a 90-day attribution cookie. The referring partner receives credit for sales made within this window.
• Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50. Unpaid balances carry forward to the following month.
• Prohibited Conduct: Partners may not use misleading advertising, spam, trademark infringement, or self-referrals. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• No Employment Relationship: Partners are independent contractors, not employees of Traveln Ltd. Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Earned commissions for completed sales remain payable.

14. Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program is a milestone-based referral rewards system open to all registered users. By participating:

• Rewards: Ambassadors unlock tiered rewards based on confirmed referral milestones (e.g., service credits, plan upgrades, VIP access). Specific milestones and rewards are displayed on the Ambassador page.
• Eligibility: No application required. Any registered user with an active account may participate.
• Tracking: Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link. Only completed, paid sign-ups qualify towards milestones.
• Non-Transferable: Referral credits and milestone rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify milestone thresholds and reward tiers with reasonable notice. Rewards already earned are not affected.

15. Agency & Enterprise Terms

The Agency Portal provides B2B services for licensed visa agencies and immigration consultants. Additional terms apply:

• Verification: Agencies must complete identity verification by submitting a valid business registration document and proof of licensure. Access to agency features is granted only after successful verification.
• Staff Access: Agency owners may invite staff members with role-based permissions (admin, manager, agent). The agency owner is responsible for all actions taken by their staff members on the platform.
• Client Data Ownership: Client data entered by agency staff belongs to the respective end-user clients. Agencies act as data processors on behalf of their clients. Upon termination, agencies must delete client data from their systems within 30 days, unless required by law.
• White-Label Exports: Agency plans include the right to export documents with custom branding for client-facing use. The underlying technology and data remain the intellectual property of Traveln Ltd.
• API Usage: API access (where available) is subject to rate limits and fair-use policies. Automated bulk operations are limited to 450 operations per batch.
• Confidentiality: Agencies agree not to disclose proprietary visa intelligence data, scoring algorithms, or system internals to third parties.
• Termination & Data Portability: Upon account closure, agencies may request a data export within 30 days. After this period, all agency data is permanently deleted.

16. Concierge Service Terms

Our VIP Concierge Service provides dedicated human-assisted visa preparation. By using the Concierge Service:

• Assessment Deposit: A non-refundable assessment deposit is required to initiate the service. This covers the initial case review and strategy preparation.
• Scope of Service: Concierge agents assist with document preparation, form filling, appointment coordination, and application strategy. We do not represent clients before government authorities or provide legal advice.
• Completion Criteria: The service is considered complete upon delivery of the prepared application package to the client. Embassy outcomes are beyond our control.
• Communication: Concierge interactions may occur via the platform chat, email, or scheduled calls. All communications are logged for quality assurance.
• Liability: Concierge agents provide professional guidance, not legal representation. We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, or decisions made by embassies or consulates.

17. Christina (Expert Travel Assistant)

Our expert-driven travel assistant ("Christina") provides automated support and guidance. By interacting with Christina:

• Auto-Generated Content: Responses are generated by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify critical information with official sources before acting on it.
• Live Chat Escalation: Conversations may be escalated to human support agents upon request. Your conversation history is shared with the agent to provide continuity.
• Data Handling: Chat transcripts are stored securely and used to improve the quality of the service. Transcripts are retained for 90 days after session closure, then automatically deleted.
• No Legal Advice: Christina provides informational guidance only and does not constitute legal, immigration, or professional advice.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
