Most purchases can be refunded. Here is how it works, product by product.

Refund windows:

• Embassy-Ready Kit: full refund within 14 days, any time before you start your application. Starting means using up the application your Kit paid for, either by creating it or by running your first paid expert tool on it.
• Global Citizen Pass: full refund within 14 days, as long as you have not started an application on it.
• Concierge Service: the assessment deposit reserves your case, so it is not refundable once paid. If we cannot take your case on, we refund it in full.

Once you start an application the expert work has been delivered, so it is no longer refundable for cash. We will still rebind it to a different trip once for free, and technical failures are always covered. After the windows above you can cancel any time from your Billing Dashboard; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Nothing here limits the refund or cancellation rights you hold under your local consumer law.
