How your documents are handled
Protection, access and retention each have a different role.
Encrypted document storage
Files stored in the Secure Document Vault use AES-256 encryption. Transport uses TLS. Our servers process the files you submit for review.
Restricted access
Authorized staff access may be needed for support with your permission or a legal obligation. Service providers process data to deliver the services described in our Privacy Policy.
Export and deletion choices
Self-service export includes selected account records and document metadata. Account closure does not erase every record immediately. Retention periods and legal holds apply.
Controls, providers and company details
- Technical controls
- Encrypted vault storage and TLS transport protect different parts of the service. These controls do not remove every security risk.
- Service providers
- Cloud and document processing providers help operate the service. Their roles and the data they may receive are described in the Privacy Policy.
- Company details
- TravelReady is operated by Traveln Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17397150. Company registration is separate from security certification.
Payments through Stripe
Card numbers and security codes are entered on Stripe. TravelReady retains transaction details and a payment-provider reference to manage purchases, refunds and subscriptions.
